The super thin XDR rubber outsole is composed of hundreds of extruded dots to maximum support, responsiveness and flexibility; while the Nike LunarIon midsole provides just the right amount of cushioning. A Flywire system helps secure the foot without hindering movement. The Flyknit sock covering the foot helps eliminate friction, keeping the runner light-footed.
