Introducing Sand.W.Man (pronounced Sandman), a new project between TAKAHIROMIYASHITATheSoloist's Takahiro Miyashita and nonnative's Takayuki Fuji featuring the #001/hike and the #002/snow model. The former features a moc toe paired with a rugged outsole with welt construction, finished off with natural pine resin for a waterproof seal. The latter features a vintage tan finish and is lined with warm Mouton wool. Both models are constructed using French cow suede oiled and buffed to ensure water resistance. Each pair is sealed in a warehouse for a year after production to give the finish a chance to seal and develop a rich texture and finish. The first batch will be available at select stockists in the coming months.
