Instructables user flaming_pele! put together a DIY guide shaping an iron throne using a plastic chair. It's almost as good as the one in the show.
The swords are made from yardsticks and foam and the chair was given a nice coat of paint to give it a great finish. The process took him three weeks. A lot shorter than what most of the characters in the show are still vying for.
