We all know sitting is the new smoking. So is your job is pretty much sedentary, you'll want to check out the UpStanding Desk. It is a Kickstarter campaign for an inexpensive shelf like module that will turn any surface into an instant standing desk.

It is made up of two levels, allowing each for your monitor and keyboard. It can be adjusted in one inch increments, and you have room in the back to feed all your wires and chargers through. The company making these are aiming for a June delivery.
