Makita's X2 LXT is one heck of an electric chainsaw. It is probably the tool you'll want to use for everything except cutting down a forest. It uses a pair of 18-volt rechargeable lithium-ion batteries and weighs a little over eleven pounds.

The electric chainsaw can hack through tree branches less than six inches in diameter and is stealth in noise too. Each of its batteries requires 30 minutes of charge and when equipped with two fully charged batteries, expect 90 minutes of sawing through things.
