Nothing that comes out of Dubai isn't over the top. They have the world's tallest building, an indoor ski resort, and a whole lot of other things you wouldn't believe. Now, they've got a new cafe where everything is carved out of ice.

Called Chillout Dubai, everything from chairs to cutlery to the decor is surrounding in chilly confines. A visit costs about $16 and you'll be allowed to stay for 40 minutes. Considering it's crazy hot in Dubai, we're guessing it'll be serving quite a number of drinks.
