Live near a train station, airport, or a busy highway? Sick and tired of all that noise? Lets hope Rudolf Stefanich's Sono noise canceling window device becomes real.

The device features tiny microphones that can pick up and cancel out ambient sounds. It counter-vibrates the window it is stuck on and turns it into a giant noise canceling speaker that silences any sound coming from the outside.

Stefanich's proposed device is a finalist for a James Dyson Award at this point, so lets hope it doesn't become vaporware! [James Dyson Award via PSKF]
