If you want to work for Nike, you'd better be prepared to wreck their kicks. During the recent Innovation By Design Conference, Nike CEO Mark Parker and lead designer John Hoke shared a little about how they ended up at the company.
In the video below, Parker reveals that he actually dissected his own pair of shoes
in order to figure out how they could help him to run better. As for Hoke, he was just 12-years old when he first
