Urwerk's new titanium and steel EMC watch isn't just a sight to behold but can also determine how accurate it's keeping time. The watch has a tool known as a Witschi that listens to a mechanical watch's internal movements and calculates how much time it gains or loses in 24 hours.

This tool runs on power that's produced by a tiny hand-cranked generator that folds out from the side of the watch that generates enough juice for a three-second reading of how the watch's internals are performing, which will be displayed by a series of gauges on the EMC's face.
