There's no denying that people who can't stop taking selfies are usually considered as self-centered and self-important. And who better to prove this than Hollywood celebrities?

This infographic created by creative digital agency Fractl prove just how popular selfies are online. These pics made up nearly 11% of Instagram posts, as well as 2% of tweets from the 50 most-followed celebrities on either social media platform.

Based on the results, Miley Cyrus is the current reigning queen of the Twitter selfie, followed up supermodel-tv moghul Tyra Banks. As for Instagram, Kardashian sister Kylie Jenner tops the list with more than 450 posts. In total, those 50 celebrities generated 347 selfies on Twitter and almost 4,000 selfies on Instagram.
