This point of view video reveals just how terrifying it was as an avalanche tore through the base camp at Mount Everest on Saturday, after it was triggered by a 7.8 magnitude earthquake that struck Nepal.
The video was shot by German climber Jost Kobusch and it shows people at the camp had very little warning that an avalanche was heading their way. At least 18 people died and 61 people were injured in the avalanche.
