Do you complain about your job? Everyone does, but just how much do you do so? According to
new research, the more you complain, the more stressed you'll be in the long run. Is it time to just suck it up?
The study was published in the Journal of Applied Psychology, and Michigan State University researchers found that workers who regularly pointed out workplace problems are more likely to become mentally fatigued, defensive and less productive.

According to management professor Russell Johnson:
The irony of that is, when people are mentally fatigued they’re less likely to point out problems anymore.
“In addition, their own work performance suffers, they’re less likely to be cooperative and helpful, and they even exhibit deviant behaviors such as being verbally abusive and stealing from the employer.
Instead, those who suggest ways to improve are less likely to feel drained compared to those who just know how to complain.

So instead of just bitching about work all day long.

Maybe it's time to change all of that.

After all, work is going to be a huge part of your life.
