Pranks might be funny, but they also add almost nothing of value to society. We're continually shocked by the fact that there are people out there who consider terrifying innocent bystanders as entertainment.

Of course, certain days like Halloween and April Fools have been exempted from this rule. Still, don't we all have a right to live in a prank-free society?

If pranks like the ones listed below are allowed to continue 365 days a  year, then we really wouldn't be surprised if people completely stopped helping other people all together.
