The series titled "
Butchering: The Comprehensive Photographic Guide to Humane Slaughtering and Butchering" is separated into two volumes: "Poultry, Rabbit, Lamb, Goat and Pork," and an entire volume devoted to "Beef."
But what really makes the book stand out is the detailed,
step-by-step photos that reveal every nuance of slaughtering an animal. Be warned, as these images below are seriously graphic:
