TOP Media, Shinhwa's Andy's agency, released an official statement after the announcement of the prosecution regarding his illegal gambling.

Andy was given a summary indictment for betting more than 10 million won. As a result, he will be halting his activities.

Here's the statement:

First, we deeply apologize for worrying all of the fans who love Andy through this shameful event.

After receiving the results from his investigation, Andy is deeply reflecting on his actions. For the time being, he will be halting all of his official activities so he can take time to think about his actions. We have already informed the program staff of the programs he is currently appearing on.

Once again, we would like to apologize for worrying everyone that sent their love, and we will make sure this does not happen again."
