Heel No Pain is a special spray that claims to take the pain away from wearing high heels all day. Concocted by Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Randal Haworth, the spray just basically numbs your foot for a few hours.

While it might initially seem like a good idea, numbing the pain away still doesn't address the other downsides of prolonged wear in heels. Not only can it completely restructure your foot shape, it can also affect your gait and have been linked to other complications like back pain and shortened calf muscles.

But hey, it's a small price to pay for the illusion of owning a pair of killer legs, right?
