Coffee, wine and sweets are foods and drinks that tend to stain our teeth. To counter that, and make your teeth whiter, try adding strawberries to your diet.
Dr. Irwin Smigel, president of the American Society for Dental Aesthetics said that strawberry's malic acid is a natural astringent that removes surface tooth discoloration.
