What You Need:

2 ounces Mezcal
1/2 ounce Coconut Milk (canned)
1-ounce Orgeat
1/2 ounce Fresh Lime Juice
1 Serrano Pepper (sliced) *optional*

What To Do:

1. Get out your cocktail shaker and fill it up with your desired amount of ice.
2. Put the pepper to the side, and put the rest of your ingredients in the cocktail shaker.
3. Put some ice in a short glass and double strain the mixture into the glass.

What You Need:

1/4 cup of Kosher Salt
1 teaspoon of Chili Pepper (ground)
1 Lime (zested and sliced)
2 ounces of Mezcal
2 ounces of Grapefruit Juice
1 ounce of Honey
Club Soda

What To Do:

1. On a small plate for rimming your glass, mix the kosher salt, chili pepper, and lime zest.
2. Using a lime wedge, wet the rim of a highball glass.
3. Dip the edge of the glass in the salt mixture to lightly coat the rim of your glass. 
4. Get out your cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
5. Add the mezcal, honey, and grapefruit juice to the shaker and shake it up for roughly 15 seconds.
