She isn't just the most followed person in the world on Instagram. She's also got a heart of gold, and is probably a super cool person. 7-year-old Audrey Nethery suffers from a bone marrow disease called Diamond-Blackfan anemia, and the two had a dance off at a meet and greet.


Audrey and Selena's meeting was a long time in the making. The singer first reached out to Nethery's mom back in February, wanting to set up a meeting with her 7-year-old fan.
