Making sushi isn't hard, but there's an easier way to do it. Just take Japanese twitter user gonnakill_uta's tips on how to do it with an ice cube tray. It's extremely easy to follow and it makes total sense. Plus it'll save you a lot of time!


Place the cooked sushi rice neatly into the ice cube tray.


Turn the tray over and let the molded rice drop onto a bamboo sushi mat.


Lastly, place your chosen raw fish slices on top of each rice mold and you're good to go!
