#1 - Apple Cider Vinegar
Basically, vinegar will get rid of the unwanted skin that would turn into dandruff, and it won't clog up the pores which could cause severe dandruff. This may be sound dreadful idea but it's an effective way to treat your dandruff problem. You will need to mix 1/2 cup of warm water with 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar. Pour the mixture over your hair and gently scrub it around for a few minutes before rinsing it thoroughly with water. Repeat this once in a week.
#2 - Listerine Mouthwash
Listerine was created in 1879, and used as powerful surgical antiseptic for dentists. But, in 1930s and 1940s, Listerine was used to fight dandruff. Just mix 2 parts of water with 1 part of Listerine mouthwash in a spray bottle. Spray the mixture and leave it for 30 minutes before rinsing with water.
#3 - Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera is commonly used to help minor burns, but it's also can be used to give relief from dandruff because it inhibit the process of skin cell proliferation. All you need to do is apply Aloe Vera gel to the scalp and leave it for 15 minutes. Shampoo and rinse as normal.
#4 - Salt
Salt has slightly abrasive crystals that will work as natural exfoliator by getting off the extra oil and dead skin flakes. It's also effective because it clears the pores for the shampoo to sink in and work to its fullest potential.
