H&M's latest ad campaign will feature Mariah Idrissi. She's beautiful, and she wears a hijab. She's also the first-ever model to wear one featured by the brand, which means, this is huge! Check her out below:
The 23-year-old from London was discovered by H&M after her casting-director friend scouted her.
Idrissi runs Salon Marrakesh, a Moroccan-inspired beauty salon.
She says that being cast for a campaign by the fashion retailer means a lot and to finally have someone Muslim in hijab representing the brand is amazing.
H&M went to great lengths to make her comfortable on set.
They asked how much in terms of neck she could show and was given a private dressing area and a female assistant to help her during the shoot.
She's also in H&M's "Close the Loop" video, which encourages people to recycle their clothes.
Idrissi thinks it's great to see "covered women in the mainstream fashion world."
