This is the 'Reverse Prayer Pose.' It's a yoga move, and it isn't that uncommon after all. Except, the skill level required is pretty high. Now, the classic yoga pose is makig its rounds on China's microblogging site Weibo. The challenge is that the higher your hands get, the more beautiful you're purported t be.
The move involves bending your arms behind your back and making your palms touch.
Admittedly, it's freaking hard. The steps you see in writing are (from top to bottom:) Beyond Goddess, Goddess, Girl Next Door, Female Diaosi, and a "woman well suited to beating up bullies for you."
