#TrillYoga is Changing People's Minds About The Authenticity of Yoga

You don't need a studio or skinny thighs to practice yoga. That's the whole premise of #TrillYoga. Women everywhere are getting 'tril' about where and how they practice it. It is a combination of the words 'true' and 'real' and it is used to point out someone's awesomeness and authenticity.
Claire Fountain, the yoga teacher who coined the phrase said "Trill Yoga doesn't follow the rules, it makes them."
It's okay to be any body shape, to wear what you like, to listen to what you like, and realize you don't need a fancy studio. You don't even need to own a mat.
The hashtag #TrillYoga has pictures of women of all shapes and sizes, getting their yoga poses on everywhere.
The whole idea of it was to break down the notion that yoga can't be strong, modern, hip, and even sexy, in a real, raw way.
