Julie Bhosale, is a nutritionist and blogger, and she wants to help women embrace their bodies. She posted pictures of her belly after she gave birth to help women battling with their postpartum bodies, telling them, it's okay. This is normal.
Because, women like Sarah Stage, are really very very rare.
This is Sarah Stage after delivering. Like, was she ever pregnant to begin with?
Julie believes society thinks women need to "bounce back" immediately after giving birth.
But that's not possible for the majority of moms. Plus, come on, give them a break! She said, "After my first son I really struggled with the changes that happened to my body and the pressure I felt to bounce back," "I thought getting my body back to how it was before would just happen and it didn't."
Women were thanking Bhosale for standing up and being brave.
Now, other bloggers are jumping on the bandwagon. January Harshe, started the #Takebackpostpartum Instagram page, wher women upload pictures of their post-pregnancy bodies.
There's a lot of support you can find for women with postpartum bodies.
Plus there's nothing more beautiful than giving birth.
So not having a model-like tummy like Sarah Stage is really okay.
