For those who jumped on the fitness bandwagon a long time ago, this post isn't for you. It's for the rest of us who find it extremely difficult to eat right, and workout every chance we get. It's a struggle. A real struggle.
1. The allure of fast food is too strong, sometimes.
2. And veggies aren't as delicious as they look.
3. Every time you see a fast food ad, you imagine yourself sinking your teeth into it.
4. Who can say no to pizza?
5. Technically, fries are veggies right?
6. And if you're trying to eat healthy, you might guilt yourself into thinking everything else you eat is bad for you.
7. But after a few bites, you just go ahead and devour it.
8. The craving is real.
9. You argue that eating can be exercise too.
10. But you might end up binge eating something you really like.
11. Real exercise is not for you, you claim.
12. Sugary drinks are for you, you say.
13. And that's because, we've been eating this way our whole lives.
14. Seeing workout enthusiasm is really not the same as having enthusiasm.
But heck, let's just try anyway, okay?
