Remember how
car models were banned from the Shanghai Auto Show because many see them as a gimmick and too distracting and they were replaced by (sexy) 'sales reps' instead? Dozens of now-unemployed models are taking to Shanghai streets to protest their right to be sexy with cars now.
Seriously, this is happening.
Previously, this is what car shows in China looked like before:
People looked like they were more interested in...the models.
Car or model better? Where are their phones aimed at?
The models have dressed up as unemployed beggars, protesting their right to help sell cars.
In a sexy manner of course.
Who wouldn't want to employ these models to stand next to their cars?
Should the ban be lifted the next year?
Publicity stunt or not, time will tell if they'll be back again next year as per normal.
