Don't mess with Taylor Swift. It seems her plaster-smashing strength is real in real-life. She accidentally knocked down a door off its hinges at a rehearsal, then later explained it by saying she is 'the incredible Hulk.' 

Basically, she's just strong.

“I didn’t… mean to do that… but it looks like I’m.. the Incredible Hulk, apparently. That door… I just did that, I guess,” she says.
