A new year, a new you. Every beginning of the year, resolutions are made by many, but not all are kept or stuck to. 6. Watch less TV, read a book. (try ONE a year first. Move your way up from there.) 

No couch potato became successful!

7. Take your mobile device out of the room before sleeping.

You don't need any distractions!

8. Hug your partner for 20 seconds a day.



Hugging will make your body produce more dopamine, aka, the happy life juice.
