Every year, we are met with an annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. It has been great so far, and very entertaining! So it wouldn't be far fetched to think that this year's show would be anything less. Except it was. It was a total wreck. Here's our review:

1. The show started out great. All the bells and whistles were there. Behati Prinsloo opened the show.


2. Karlie Kloss looked better than last year.


3. Candice is as dreamy as ever.


4. The usual 'touchdown' blow kiss / wink.


5. But something was missing. It wasn't a je nais se quoi feeling, because it seemed like the show lack energy compared to previous years.


6. Oh, and they had to bring Taylor Swift back. She's a great performer of course, but two years in a row?

7. This made it seem like the folks planning the show lacked creativity, was lazy, or it was Taylor Swift's big plan to continue to market her new album.

Now you get a new song, world!

8. The list of performers were also really good, but not suited for the show.


9. Ed Sheeran's Thinking Out Loud was slow, jazzy, and boring, and the segment was showing off a host of colorful collections and imagination. Not right at all.

10. Ariana Grande looked nervous. She looked like a child, being forced to be sexy to make it in this cut-throat world of pop stars. Maybe Bette Midler was right after all.

Plus, they edited the wing-smack out! We didn't get to see this:


11. Then there was Hozier. This song was downright depressing. It wasn't uplifting at all.

It actually made me sad to look at the most beautiful women in the world walking down a runway wearing lingerie. Imagine that!

12. But despite that, the show looked its usual sexy-great.

It's like a dreamland.


13. The models were stunning.

Didn't Doutzen just gave birth?

14. The outfits were intricate.

Every detail is stunning.

The attention to the little things were amazing.

It's more than lingerie!

15. The usual circus-show of 'how nervous', 'dream-come-true' lines from models sound like a repeat from every other year's show.

Breathe in, breathe out. Too nervous!

16. One thing is for sure: VS has done a good job in creating the ultimate top job every model has to aim for, otherwise you're irrelevant.

If you're not VS, you're just another wannabe model.

17. The show was good, but it lacked the punch it usually delivers.

18. We keep wondering why the camera kept focusing on Taylor Swift.

All this time spent on Taylor could have been put to better use.

19. Why Taylor? We're not sure.

Because this is the Taylor Swift Fashion Show 2014, that's why.

20. Instead of Taylor, why not showcase a new angel?

Like this model. We'd like to know her name.

21. Or two? That wouldn't be hard.

Or this one. She's crazy cute. Name please? No. Camera attention to Taylor, stat!

22. The best feature in the show other than beautiful women walking the runway was the one on photographer Russell James. That was good.

Dream job.

23. But aside from that, it was just too boring.

Maybe next year will be better. Who knows?
