Texting and driving is obviously dangerous. But we ignore it. We check that text when we think it's safe. But is it really? This is the story of Liz. One time, she was not fast enough, and crashed her car.

Now her life is a nightmare. Liz and her mom teamed up with the US Department of Transportation's National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to make this video.
