The reason: they are perfect.

You have to like her, at least, in front of her. Or she'll be catty with you all the way.
She arrives late, gate-crash-visits you in the hospital when you don't want any visitors, all because she feels like point number 4.

I think it is quite an effort to give a fake smile. Bravo.
