Celebrities have been photoshopping their Instagram pics since it was made easy to do on the phone. They don't actually have to use any special software on a computer to do it anymore. These days, looking prettier is just at the tap of a button in an app.
Editing software exists on phones, so everyone can do it.
The reason we have so many photoshop fails is because they don't know how to do it properly.
Sometimes, all they are concerned with is how they look and they completely mess up the background.
