Yukata, are light garments for the summer months in Japan, and they are often mistaken for kimono. They are commonly worn at festivals or firework displays, but it looks like Japan is finding another use for them: cosplay and Halloween?
Either way, the Japanese are amused and confused at this too, which is shocking. Of course people are going to use this for cosplay or Halloween. I mean, what else can it be for?
