Believe it or not, but Maria Menounos was never always the bodacious looking woman she is today. She's had to make some changes in her lifestyle, and come up with a fitness plan for herself. Here's her story and tips. We could all learn a thing or two from Maria.
1. In junior year of college, Maria was a size 14. She didn't want to buy a 16, so she decided to make a change.

7. She lost 20 pounds in five months doing that.
8. She says to never go on a diet. It sets you up for failure.
