Photoshop never looked this important until now. Why would anyone want to see Lady Gaga sans photo touch up? Why would executives ok-go them? Here's Gaga's behind the scenes ad campaign for Versace. The photos from the shoot don't appear to have been retouched.

Via the website Gaga Fresh Online, they show the before and after. The finalized images are color corrected and added contrast to give them what our eyes are all too familiar with - ad gloss!
