A recent study done by Common Sense Media has found that 38 percent of babies under two are using tablets or smartphones, which is a significant increase from the ten percent reported back in 2011. Pediatricians aren’t quite sure what to make of these findings, especially since there's hasn't been enough studies done on the neurological and cognitive impact of smartphone use on these developing young brains.
