Earlier this month, Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg teamed up with Beyonce and Girl Scouts of America to ban the word "bossy" in the work place. Many people have criticized the campaign for being misguided.
SheKnows released a counter-initiative on Wednesday called #BossyIs, which instead of focusing on banning words, it hopes to equip young girls with the tools needed to overcome whatever that's standing in their way of dreams and goals.
The video shows students from St. Ann's School sharing what they think of the B-word. Their response was pretty profound. Check it out below:
