Cameron Diaz is making headlines these days, talking about vaginas and all sorts. But she's even cooler now that she's been photographed during a fashion disaster while in the Caribbean with girlfriends last week.

Photographers were snapping images of the 41-year old swimming, when she lost her bikini top! So she went for a topless swim and later put her striped triangle bikini top back on.

I thought she handled it really well.
