With habits like 'periodically checking how many eggs you have left in the tray' dying it seems, here's a tool that will help remind you of when it's time to buy some more. Dubbed the Egg Minder, it was created by Rafael Hwang, from Quirky.

It is an egg tray that wirelessly connects to smartphones via an app that keeps track of how many eggs is still in the tray. When opened, it blinks an LED light next to the egg that's been in it the longest and goes to the next longest when the egg is removed.
