So there's a new workout routine that's set to take over New York City by its loins.
It's called 'Sexercise', and it even comes complete with it's own
embarrassing music video:
This form of risqué cardio was designed by
New York City personal trainer Jason Rosell. The 32-minute workout involves "squats, lunges and booty pops designed to tone glutes, quads and calves so couples can keep going all night long." Here's hoping that the workout both burns calories while also making you better at sex.
