You've might have heard this before, but what you wear underneath your clothes is just as (if not more) important than the clothes themselves. So why is it that so many women still haven't got a clue on how to pick that perfect bra?
One recent study done by Swiss lingerie company Triumph revealed how a startling number of women are still choosing their bras incorrectly.
The international survey of 10,000 women found that 64 percent are wearing the wrong size bra. And out of that 64 percent, at least 29 percent know they are wearing the wrong size.
And these women are admittedly unhappy about it, with 73 percent agreeing that these badly-fitting undergarments can make or break their day.
As a response, Triumph decided to set up a new campaign called Stand Up To Fit. This cost-free initiative involves producing a series of stand-up comedy skits about our love/hate relationship with bras.
