Li Na emerged champion over Slovakia's Dominka Cibulkova at the women's singles final at the 2014 Australian Open tennis tournament in Melbourne,

But what topped her win was her humorous improv speech that had spectators roaring with laughter. She thanked her agent "for making me rich," then her coach, followed by her husband Shan Jiang (her former coach and constant traveling companion) for being her hitting buddy, drinks and racket fixer.

She then tells her husband "thanks a lot, you are a nice guy,” in a rare public compliment, before adding “Also you are so lucky (to) find me.”
