Why Spend Money On A Ring When You Can 3D Print It Instead?

Good news for all you guys saving up to spend three months’ salary on an engagement ring before popping the question. Thanks to designers Andrew Deming and Rachel Gant, you can still find something unique for your beloved without necessarily breaking the bank.
The designers started a new company called 'Endswell' which creates customized rings
from scratch. To create each collection, the duo
first sketches out shapes before finalizing the design with 3-D modeling. As Gant explains:
“We want the brand to communicate that we
aren’t rejecting the past, but rather redefining and moving traditions
forward to represent the modern day. Even the packaging is a play on the
classic, Victorian-style Tiffany box--but done in a minimalist way that
is true to us.”
A 3-D
printer then produces each ring in wax, after which they are cast in solid
rose, yellow, or white gold. And the best part is that the rings start at a very reasonable $300 each.
