We guess Katy Perry was right all along. This performance piece entitled “L’Après-Midi d’un Foehn” was done by French performance troupe Compagnie Non Nova. The surprisingly serene show features a lively troupe of "dancing" plastic bags being controlled by a system of eight fans. Watch below:



The performance will be showcased at the London International Mime Festival through January 11, 2014.
