It's that time of year again when everyone decides to add "losing
weight" to their list of New Year resolutions. But with so many fun diet
trends out there, which will be No. 1 this year?
According to the U.S. News and World Report, that title goes to the DASH Diet (unaffiliated with the Kardashians). DASH dieters must eat lean poultry, whole grains, and low-fat and fat-free milk products at least three times a day, cut back on salt and sugar, and exercise.
The diet, which stands for Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension, was developed with the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), and contains 64 pages of instruction.
