Whitney Houston made a secret clause in her last will and testament in the event her daughter, Bobbi Kristina, died.

The singer's daughter currently lies in a hospital bed on the brink of death after being found unresponsive in her bath at home last weekend. She has been placed in a medically induced coma for the time being. She is currently being cared for at a top hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.

Bobbi's cousin Jerod Brown has revealed "the odds are against her" - but urged fans not to give up. Writing on his Facebook page, Jerod said "Though it seems the odds are against her, though doctor's don't see any hope for change, though we might want to play detective and find out how she got there, though it looks imopssible for her stand again again STILL PRAY FOR BK."

According to Radar, the terms of Whitney Houston's 1993 Last Will and Testament dictate that if her daughter "doesn't survive her" that her estate will be divided by her mother Cissy, and other family members.

Cissy is currently the executor of Whitney's will, managing a fortune worth an estimate $20 million. The wording of the will states "If no child of mine survives me: I give all jewelry own at my death to my mother, Emily Cissy Houston, if she survives me; and I give the rest of my tangible personal property to Robert Brown, my brother Michael Houston, and my brother Gary Houston, as survive me to be amicably divided among them as they might agree, in shares as nearly as equal as possible."

Whitney completed her will before divorcing former husband Bobby Brown and so he is included in the will as stated above. Bobby is expecting his 6th child with his new wife Alicia Etheredge. According to the Mirror he is said to be in "emotional turmoil" as he battles between his happiness at having a child while sitting at the bedside of his 21 year old daughter.

He may have to eventually make the heartbreaking decision whether to turn her life support machine off. A source stated "The decision has been left up to the family as to how long they want to keep her alive." TMZ reported that Bobby didn't want to make that decision until this week as he believed her condition may have improved over the weekend. Last Thursday marked Bobby's 46th birthday and reports suggest he was joined by around twenty family members including his pregnant wife and their five year old son Cassius for a birthday dinner.

It doesn't seem surprising that Bobby is included in Whitney's will. We spoke to Khalid Khames who runs a will writing service in the United Kingdom. He said "it isn't common for people to either forget to update their will as their circumstances change or keep previous partners in it as they still have an emotional attachment."

Whether or not Whitney meant to leave Bobby in her will is up for debate, but the secret clause left in her will ensures her estate is divided equally amongst those she loved.
