Modern Columbian Home by Arquitectura en Estudio has No Doors or Windows
Dec 21, 2013 03:12
Completed by Arquitectura en Estudio in Villeta, Columbia, this residence blurs the lines between the interior and the exterior. Its design was influenced by the surrounding site of lush vegetation and the warm weather. The house doesn't have windows or doors, only a carefully knit timber screen which can completely open or close to add a sense of privacy. Its interior boasts a widely spread living, dining and kitchen area, four bedrooms and several bathrooms.
The living room area is connected to the swimming pool and decks, while round metal columns support the horizontal concrete slabs which frame the cutouts and openings.
