With a beautiful 270 degree view of the Pacific Ocean as its backdrop, this design by Mehran Mansouri was built by Dcube Construction ltd. The modern residence in West Vancouver, BC, provides 2,000-square feet of warm living space for its owners.

One of the most important features to us was to build a private deck for the owners. Hence why you will find a private 1000-sq.ft. deck overlooking the water with entrances from all three bedrooms on the second floor“, explained the architects.
