This 17-story tower is going to be built in Montpellier, France. Architect Sou Fujimoto won a competition to design it this week, and the building is called L'Arbre Blanc, or "the White Tree."

Its architects—Sou Fujimoto Architects, Nicolas Laisné Associés and Manal Rachdi Oxo architects—say this 17-story multipurpose tower is "inspired by the city's tradition of outdoor living and the efficient properties of a tree."
